Lindsey T. Evans, known as Your Savvy SheEO, brings over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Accounting. She is the founder of Liberty Pointe Consulting & Liberty Pointe Realty, specializing in Bookkeeping & Fractional CFO services for small businesses, as well as Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Lindsey earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, and is currently obtaining her Master’s Degree in Accounting at DePaul. Over the years, she has worked in various sectors of the real estate industry, including real estate company accounting, property management for affordable, tax credit, and senior housing, as well as managing a portfolio of 700 market rate units. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Illinois since 2017 and Indiana since 2018, Lindsey became a Managing Broker in both states in 2021. She founded Liberty Pointe Realty to foster teamwork in the industry and elevate the level of customer service for her clients, growing the firm to six licensees.

As a Certified Profit First Professional, Lindsey is deeply passionate about helping small businesses become more profitable. Through Liberty Pointe Consulting, she emphasizes the importance of business owners knowing their numbers in real time to make informed and sound business decisions. Her mission is to guide business owners toward financial independence and long-term success.

Driven by her passion for women's empowerment, Lindsey created Heels 2 Sneakers, an online community for women, and hosts the podcast "I Swear I'm An Introvert," which celebrates the journeys of successful Black women business owners. Her newest venture, Your Savvy SheEO Unleashed, is dedicated to helping everyday people and families achieve financial freedom through practical guidance, education, and empowerment.

Lindsey serves on the Board of Directors for the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Women Business Owners Chicago. With women’s empowerment, financial independence, and authenticity at the forefront, Lindsey continues to inspire and guide others to reach their real estate and financial goals, becoming the best versions of themselves.
